Grout Sealer Direct Return Policy
You may return new, non custom items sold and fulfilled by Grout Sealer Direct within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
Groutsealerdirect.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Custom tinted sealers and caulks
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any product with a broken inside seal
- Knee rollers and Bucket Cadies
- Individual Items that came as part of a kit
- Cut chamois
- Salesmen sample sets
- Private labeled items
- Solvent Seal 68
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds can be issued for the following items:
- Grout Color Seal standard colors in pints and gallons. A 20% restocking fee will apply
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Shipping
Grout Sealer Direct does not refund shipping costs for any reason beyond our control. All disputes over shipping (timing or damage) must be pursued through the carrier and or shipper. Replacement product deemed to be our error will be shipped the same way the original shipment was sent unless otherwise specified. |
